My name is Regina and I'm a registered dietitian on a mission to help individuals claim back their food freedom and redefine what health means to them. If you have struggled with yo-yo dieting and are feeling confused or overwhelmed with how to best nourish your body, I got you! I believe the most powerful tool in healing your relationship with food is you. I'm here to guide and support you in developing trust in your intuition in order to best feed yourself. My goal is to help you learn how to work uniquely with your body rather than against it. Let's get back to the joy in eating together.

My Approach

I work from a weight inclusive and intuitive eating (IE) approach with clients, which means no calorie counting, no portioning out your food and most importantly, no food rules. Through IE we learn to let go of the external factors that drive our food choices and instead lean into the internal feedback from OUR own body. I don't believe there are "good" or "bad" foods. I believe in eating foods in a way that feels good to YOU. I've seen firsthand the power of this evidence based approach with my clients.
