Below are the rates for my nutrition services. I also accept insurance so depending on your plan you may have coverage for nutrition counseling! For insurance questions please refer to my FAQ.
Discovery Call
(15 minutes)

This is an opportunity for us to connect, understand your goals, and make sure we're a good fit!
Initial Visit
(60-75 minutes)
$149
In this initial session we will dive into your medical history, food patterns and relationship with food & movement. In this first visit my goal is to provide an inclusive and compassionate space for you to share your unique story in order for us to create a personalized approach to support your journey towards food freedom!
Follow Up Visit
(45-60 minutes)
$129
In our follow up visits we will address barriers, prioritize intentions and honor each part of this process. These sessions will help guide and empower you towards providing the proper nourishment you deserve and empower you towards a healthier relationship with food and your body.
